These Terms and Conditions of Use („Terms“) govern your use of the AiContentBear product („Product“) developed and provided by For You s.r.o., a company registered in Slovak republic („For You,“ „we,“ or „us“). By accessing or using the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Product.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Product, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into a binding contract and that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are using the Product on behalf of an organization, you affirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms, and any references to „you“ or „your“ shall apply to that organization.

2. License and Intellectual Property

For You provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Product in accordance with these Terms. All intellectual property rights related to the Product—including, but not limited to, trademarks, copyrights, patents, and trade secrets—are and shall remain the sole property of For You.

3. User Obligations

You agree to use the Product solely for lawful purposes and in full compliance with these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and login information secure and confidential.
You also agree not to use the Product in any way that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations,
• Infringes on the rights of others
• Distributes viruses, malware, or any harmful code,
  Disrupts or interferes with the operation of the Product or its related networks and systems,
  Attempts to access the Product or other user accounts without proper authorization.

4. Privacy

We value your privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines the types of information we collect, how we use that information, and your rights concerning your personal data. By using the Product, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Product is offered on an „as is“ and „as available“ basis. For You makes no express or implied warranties regarding the Product, including but not limited to its accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability.
• For You does not guarantee that the Product will operate without interruptions, errors, or security issues, nor that any identified issues will be fixed.
• You use the Product at your own risk and accept full responsibility for any damage or loss that may result from its use.

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent allowed by law, For You and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including, but not limited to, loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses — arising from your use of the Product.
• In any case, For You’s total liability, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to access and use the Product in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Modifications and Termination

• For You reserves the right to change or discontinue the Product, or any part of it, at any time and without prior notice.
• We may also update these Terms from time to time, with any changes taking effect immediately upon being posted on the Product’s website.
• If you breach these Terms, For You may suspend or terminate your access to the Product, without limiting any other rights or remedies available to us.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Any disputes or legal proceedings related to these Terms must be brought exclusively before the courts of the Slovak Republic, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.

9. Severability

If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will remain fully effective and enforceable.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and For You concerning your use of the Product and replace all previous or simultaneous agreements, communications, or understandings, whether spoken or written.

11. Excessive, Exploitative, or Harmful Usage

AiContentBear reserves the right to immediately or temporarily suspend access—without any refund—for the following actions:

• Sharing accounts among multiple people or bots/AI,
• Uploading sexually explicit material to the AI,
• Using the AI to provoke or promote violence,
• Running scripts on AiContentBear to exploit the AI,
• Generating usage costs on AiContentBear, that exceed 2.5 times the monthly fees charged,
• Participating in any other activities considered abnormal or excessive at the company’s discretion.

12. User Content and Responsibility

Users bear full responsibility for any content they create, upload, or share using the Product.

By using the Product, you confirm that you own all necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe on any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable laws.

For You reserves the right to remove any content it considers inappropriate, harmful, or in violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications and User Notification

For You  reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; therefore, users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically for updates. Any and all modifications will be applicable to all users.

15. Third-Party Services

The Product may contain links to third-party websites or services. For You is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of such third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
